Best-in-class HVAC Ducting Solution for Challenging Offshore Environments<\/h2>\n \n

Innovative Steel Solutions Co., Ltd (ISS) is immensely proud to have taken part in the \u201cTPC Offshore Wind Power Generation Phase II Project\u201d for PV Shipyard.     Project Overview<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In this project, ISS was responsible for the fabrication and installation of the HVAC ducting system for the OSS Topside. From the initial processing at our production workshop to the welding and installation at PV Shipyard\u2019s port, ISS showcased its comprehensive capabilities by completing the ducting system, weighing up to 25 tons.<\/p>\n

    The HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system is crucial for ensuring the operational efficiency of industrial structures, especially in harsh offshore environments. With its ability to regulate temperature, control humidity, and provide clean air, the HVAC system maintains optimal working conditions and protects sensitive equipment from high humidity, salt exposure, and sudden temperature fluctuations, ensuring safety and effective operation on the OSS Topside.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

      Corrosion-resistant Material Selection for HVAC<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      High humidity, fluctuating temperatures, and salt corrosion present significant challenges for the HVAC system of the OSS Topside. To address these, we selected SS316L stainless steel for its exceptional corrosion resistance. This choice provided a robust solution for the HVAC system in a marine environment, ensuring high durability, extended lifespan, and reduced maintenance costs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
