- Lead Engineer (Welding & Mechanical focus)
Design Engineer – Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical or oil & gas industries
- Graduate from University or College in relevant fields
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Lead Engineer – Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, Construction Mechanics, Welding Materials Engineering, or related disciplines
- At least 5–7 years of relevant experience in industrial welding, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role
- Proficient in welding standards: AWS, ASME, ISO, TCVN
- Able to read and verify WPS/PQR documents and technical drawings
- Welding certification or International Welding Engineer qualification is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar engineering software
- Preferred experience in structural mechanics, piping systems, tanks, steel structures, or energy-related projects
